The City of Toronto’s Environment, Climate and Forestry Division is collecting personal information through its authorized agent using an online portal, telephonic or other communications channels, under the legal authority of Subsection 8(2), para. 5, of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, and Item IE24.11, Decision nos.1, 3 and 4 of City Council at its meeting October 8-9, 2025, as confirmed by City of Toronto By-law No. 1181-2025.
