City of Toronto – Rain Barrel Savings Program
The City of Toronto (the City), Environment, Climate and Forestry Division has engaged a third-party agent Enviro World Corp also referred as Enviro World Corporation for the purpose of administering the Rain Barrel Savings Program, which includes assessing eligibility for the “Rain Barrel Savings Program”, facilitating payment, communicating with purchasers concerning: the Program; confirming authority to purchase where the purchaser is a tenant; delivery of the order to the purchaser with installation and maintenance instructions; warranty and refunds; customer support, including management of complaints; and Program evaluation (e.g., participants surveys) and reporting. All information collected will be maintained as records controlled by the City of Toronto and Enviro World Corp access to this information is governed by an agreement between the City of Toronto and Enviro World Corp ensuring the City’s obligations under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act are fully met.

Environment, Climate and Forestry collects personal information through its authorized agent, Enviro World Corp also referred as Enviro World Corporation using an online portal, telephonic or other communications channels, under the legal authority of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, section 8(2) 5 and Item 2025.IE24.11, City Council Decisions 1, 3 and 4, as confirmed by the City of Toronto By-law 1181-2025. The information is collected for the purpose of administering the Rain Barrel Savings Program, which includes assessing eligibility for the “Rain Barrel Savings Program”, facilitating payment, communicating with purchasers concerning: the Program; confirming authority to purchase where the purchaser is a tenant; delivery of the order to the purchaser with installation and maintenance instructions; warranty and refunds; customer support, including management of complaints; and Program evaluation (e.g., participants surveys) and reporting.
